Hi, My name’s Tara Lewis, on the right you will see a photo of me trying to look my best
It’s no surprise to many of you who know me that I’ve started this blog about Natural cures for thrush.
I have been interested in Natural remedies and cures for most of my adult life. As a freelance writer I now choose to write about Natural and Holistic approaches to keeping well.
I’m a firm believer that taking control of your diet and lifestyle is one of the best ways to influence our bodies in the direction of good physical and mental health. For the times when we feel under the weather, we can do no better that looking at the whole of our life and balancing any aspect to give us better health.
I’m not talking simply physical health but a sense of well being that comes from pampering every aspect of ourselves.
It’s not that living holistically offers a ‘magic pill’ to being happy or healthy. But it does I believe, offer an important step – one to get right on the road to making positive changes in our life.
I’m a mother of three teenagers so I have lots of opportunity to practice what I preach – when it comes to eating healthily. They keep me grounded!
I am a very keen vegetable gardener and am sometimes helped with the digging by our four Saddle-back pigs (usually when my garden is full of goodies!).
I don’t claim to know all there is about curing thrush but I’ve undertaken quite a lot of research which I am glad to pass on. In particular I’ve uncovered some of the best sources of information and help available online, which I hope to share throughout this blog. I really do appreciate your support, and thanks again for dropping by! ![]()
thanks, Tara
